11 months

Well little man you are 11 months old today.... One more month and it will be your birthday.... Mommy has already bought your decorations and I am going to start planning it soon.... In the past month you started crawling on your hands and knees.... You climb up Granny's stairs.... You are starting to say lots of words... Like:

Tutty= Puppy

Tuttie= Cookie

Titty= Kitty

Tuntin= Pumpkin

Tant chu= Thank you

Teez= Cheese

BayBay= Baby... You say this anytime you see a picture of your self or another baby....

It seems that everything starts with a T.... Mommy thinks its so cute when you dance you rock back and forth or sway side to side.... You love watching Mickey Mouse, Andy Griffith, and Cops... If anyone gets onto you for something you turn around and jabber like you are talking back to us... When we go to a store and show you something and you like it then we walk away from it you throw a fit.... You are very active Mommy and Daddy can't keep you out of anything... You are always going down the hall way or getting into the TV stand or crawling over by the front door.... You had your first Halloween.... You were a bat.... We had your pictures made they are so cute.... You started going from crawling to sitting... So now you crawl and then sit down then crawl some more... You still will only stand by yourself for a second then you realize no one is holding on to you.... You will walk all over the place as long as you have something to hold onto.... You love holding onto your walker at Granny's and walking.... You have been sleeping with Mommy and Daddy not because you want to but because one of us always goes and gets you out of your bed... We are going to start letting you sleep in your own bed..... Over Thanksgiving break Mommy is going to try to break you from your bottle..... I hope it goes well..... You are growing up so fast and it makes Mommy so sad.... I love you little man.... Here are some pictures of you from today.....

Well little man Mommy and Daddy can't wait to see what all new you do in the next month.... But we are so sad that you are growing up so fast.... We love you little man.....

Puppy!!!!

Today Mamaw Lulu brought her new puppy down to Granny's so that Blake could see it.... He really liked the puppy.... He kept saying "tutty tutty".... Mommy and Daddy have talked about getting him a puppy but we have decided that we want to wait until he gets alittle bigger about 3 or 4 so that he will actually be able to really enjoy the puppy.... So for now he can just play with Mamaw Lulus puppy.....

Teeth Teeth Teeth!!!!!!!

Blake has 8 teeth.... Now he is working on his top 1st moulers... He cried all day my mom called me at work and we couldn't figure out what was wrong with him... She gave him Tylenol and it would work for maybe an hour and then he would go right back to crying and he wouldn't eat... We thought he had a sore throat... So Granny called the doctor and took him in and she said his throat was alittle red from drainage where he has a runny nose... So she gave us some medicine to dry him up.... She said it could be his teeth to because the moulers are the hardest to come in.... Remind you Blake is not a baby who cries unless something is wrong.... Well except now this new stage he is going through when people laugh or clap he cries and sometimes if he don't know someone and they talk to him he cries.... But besides that he just doesn't cry all day for no reason... Also with all his other teeth he didn't have any trouble... Maybe a low grade fever a couple times but that's all.... So it really broke our hearts to hear him cry..... So when Mommy got home from work we rocked and tried to play and chewed on toys and wash cloths and Blake even had his first Popsicle.... We have been giving him Tylenol every 4 hours.... Poor little guy..... Hopefully these teeth come in soon and Mommy isn't up all night..... Little Lumberjack!!!!

So today we went to Alex's 2nd Birthday Party..... Mommy got Blake dressed and he looked like a little lumberjack in his outfit it was so cute.... But anyways Blake decided he wanted in the rocking chair in his room.... So Mommy put him in it and he was trying to reach for his books.... So Mommy gave him a book to read.... A Sucker????

Tonight we had spagetti for dinner and for dessert Blake had his first sucker...Alright so I know Blake should not have suckers yet... But it was Halloween and he did get dressed up and go out in the chilly weather to get candy for Mommy and Daddy and so its not quite fair if he doesn't even get to taste anything so we let him try a sucker.... He loved it what child doesn't... When I tried to take it away he said NO..... So Mommy finally took it away anyways because I didn't want him to have to much sugar... So he screamed alittle and then we brushed our teeth 2 times... Then he got mad when Mommy took the tooth brush away.... But he is all better now... I am sure he is going to have plenty of suckers in his life....

Also this morning Blake had a really bad hair day when he woke up.... I think its cute.... It means he slept good....

Then this evening I could not get Blake to sleep we went to his room at 8:30 read some storys he took a bottle and still didn't go to sleep so we gave him alittle bit more of a bottle and he still didn't go to sleep so Mommy and Daddy laid in our bed with him and all he wanted to do is play... We even tried to ignore him... Nope didn't work.... So we brought him in the living room at like 5 till 10 and put him in his jumparoo.... Well at 10:30 Blake fell asleep in it... So we got some pictures then Mommy took him and laid him in his bed.... poor little guy he was tired he was just fighting it so bad.....
